Graphic Designer (Full Time)

About the role

Assembly Label is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join its Creative team at the Alexandria head office. The designer brings campaign concepts to life across digital, print and in-store channels, delivering polished, on-brand assets for seasonal campaigns, marketing initiatives and the overall brand experience. The role works closely with the Creative and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Roll out campaign creative across social media, website, EDMs, wholesale and in-store
• Action feedback from the Senior Graphic Designer promptly and accurately
• Work with the Marketing team to deliver seasonal and promotional assets on time
• Manage design requests, prioritise workload and meet campaign deadlines
• Check every asset for accuracy before handover and keep files and folders organised
• Apply brand guidelines accurately and maintain existing templates and design systems
• Build an organised digital library of design assets and prepare, optimise and export files correctly for each platform

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience, or a design graduate with a strong portfolio showing clean, considered execution
• Solid grasp of typography and layout
• Natural eye for design and awareness of current trends in fashion and visual culture
• Accuracy, attention to detail and sound judgement under deadline pressure
• Discretion with confidential information and confidence communicating with leaders and customers

Required skills

• InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
• Preparing files for print and digital
• Basic video editing or motion design is a plus
