Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create compelling visual concepts that support brand campaigns, seasonal launches, promotions and in‑store communications. Working closely with the Production & Asset Manager, the role ensures that all visual assets are executed consistently across print, digital and retail touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original visual concepts for campaigns, product launches and marketing activations.
• Translate creative briefs into strong visual directions aligned with brand strategy and tone of voice.
• Design engaging assets for print, digital platforms and in‑store environments while maintaining brand consistency.
• Apply and uphold the brand visual identity across all communication channels, ensuring consistency in typography, colour, layout and visual language.
• Update templates and creative assets as the brand visual system evolves.
• Stay informed on design trends, Gen Z culture, coffee‑culture aesthetics and social‑media visual movements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and external creative partners, participating in brainstorming and feedback sessions.
• Manage multiple design tasks while respecting project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography and composition.
