Graphic Designer - Mid Level

About the role

We are looking for a creative mid-level Graphic Designer to join our team and support the visual identity of four IGE brands. The role combines illustrative design, typography, and the latest AI-driven tools to produce engaging social-media and marketing assets in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Design social-media content (carousels, Reels covers, stories, static posts) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Create marketing collateral such as event materials, brochures, flyers, email banners and digital ads.
• Develop presentation decks, branded templates and web-ready assets for landing pages.
• Use AI image-generation tools to accelerate ideation and generate on-brand visual concepts.
• Maintain strict brand-guideline compliance across all four IGE brands.
• Organise design file libraries and ensure assets are accessible to the team.
• Collaborate with content creators, social-media specialists, brand leads and the webmaster to deliver the monthly content calendar.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorms and campaign planning sessions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional graphic-design experience (agency or in-house).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with proven ability to produce bilingual layouts.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different brands and deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• AI design enhancement tools – Adobe Generative Fill, Remove.bg, Upscayl (or equivalents).
• Prompt engineering for visual AI tools.
• Design file organization and asset management.
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) layout design.
