Graphic Designer – Visual Brand Identity & Marketing Assets

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to build complete visual brand identities from scratch and create high‑converting marketing assets for our clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver assets that drive engagement and conversions while ensuring every layout follows brand guidelines, visual hierarchy and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full visual branding systems, including primary/secondary logos, typography hierarchies, colour palettes and comprehensive brand guideline books.
• Design high‑converting ad carousels, static social posts, visual banners and promotional creatives for digital platforms.
• Translate strategic concepts and copy decks into clean visual layouts that prioritise readability, strong visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
• Perform commercial and technical QA, checking offer accuracy, pricing text, CTA placement, image licence usage and export formatting before internal presentation.
• Maintain organised client design folders, source files and export packages according to company naming conventions.
• Ensure visual hierarchy and creative quality standards are consistently applied across all assets.
• Track core performance metrics such as on‑time delivery rate, design accuracy and first‑pass client approval rate.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience with full branding projects and performance‑driven digital marketing graphics.
• Strong ability to turn commercial concepts into compelling visual designs while adhering to brand standards.
