Groups Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Groups Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cairo. You will act as the central communication hub for group‑related initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of group inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of group inquiries, from initial request through rate loading, distribution, and follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate data across CRM systems and generate detailed reports on group performance, rate audits, and progress for leadership.
• Coordinate group block requirements, handle ad‑hoc requests, and support RFP processes including data collection and rate setup.
• Oversee shared inboxes, prioritize tasks, and provide timely, professional responses to internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise client visits, site inspections, and familiarisation trips to strengthen relationships.

• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Proactive attitude, offering innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency.

Required skills
