Guest Relation Agent

About the role

The Guest Relation Agent is a full‑time, on‑site position at Hyatt Regency Cairo West. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check‑in and check‑out, and a personalized stay experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a professional lobby presence.
• Handle check‑in, check‑out, reservations and room assignments using the property management system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, special requests and feedback.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the front‑office system and uphold brand service standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven customer‑service experience, especially with VIP guests and special occasions.
• Previous front‑office or hotel experience in an upscale or international environment.
• Professional appearance, reliable work ethic and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
