Guest Relation Agent – VIP Services

About the role

As a Guest Relation Agent you will be the first point of contact for VIP guests arriving at the hotel. You will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check‑in and personalized service throughout their stay, reflecting Accor’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and maintain a professional appearance in line with hotel standards.
• Welcome VIP guests at the entrance, escort them according to their VIP level, and manage their check‑in and check‑out experience.
• Monitor lobby cleanliness, lighting, ashtrays and brochures, taking immediate corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare VIP arrivals by assigning rooms, arranging transportation and providing requested amenities.
• Inspect VIP rooms for cleanliness, maintenance and amenities to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate birthday and honeymoon gestures, including delivering cakes with personalized cards from the General Manager.
• Engage with guests in the lobby, collect feedback, distribute comments and promote A‑Club membership.
• Follow up on long‑stay guest requests with courtesy calls and deliver requested amenities.
• Manage lobby ambience by adjusting lighting and candles according to day or night standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Languages or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience using Opera or a comparable hotel management system.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong passion for guest service and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS (or similar hotel property management system).
