About the role

The Guest Relations Specialist acts as the ambassador of the organization’s front‑of‑house experience, ensuring every visitor, client and internal stakeholder receives a seamless, professional and high‑touch service. This role creates a welcoming environment, manages all guest interactions and upholds the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, clients and visitors with polished hospitality and etiquette, delivering a refined first impression.
• Handle front‑desk inquiries, phone calls and correspondence efficiently and discreetly.
• Coordinate meeting‑room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared and scheduled in line with stakeholder needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects the organization’s image.
• Oversee visitor management, including registration, access control and security procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide an integrated guest journey.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve inquiries promptly and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Support administrative tasks such as document handling, courier coordination and office supply management.
• Protect confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3‑5 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality or customer‑service roles, preferably in corporate or hospitality settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Professional presence, polished etiquette and strong organizational abilities.
• High level of discretion, attention to detail and service‑excellence orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office coordination tools.
