Handover Engineer – Real Estate Projects

About the role

Wealth Plus Developments is seeking a Handover Engineer to manage the final delivery of residential, commercial and mixed‑use units. The role ensures that every handover meets the company’s high quality standards and provides a smooth transition for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough unit inspections prior to handover to verify compliance with finishing standards.
• Prepare, track and close snag lists, ensuring all observations are resolved.
• Coordinate with technical office, construction, customer service and facility management teams to complete pending works.
• Manage the handover process with clients, presenting documentation and obtaining required signatures.
• Maintain accurate handover reports and punch‑list records.
• Support post‑handover follow‑up by collaborating with customer service to address any remaining issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of handover experience within a real‑estate development environment.
• Proven track record on commercial, administrative and medical (shopping mall, mixed‑use) projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing standards, snagging procedures and quality inspections.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and client‑facing abilities.
