Head Cashier – Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Head Cashier to join our toy store team. The role combines cash handling, customer service, and sales responsibilities to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for children and parents. You will report directly to the Store Manager and play a key role in driving daily sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate toys.
• Provide product knowledge, highlighting features, benefits, and age suitability.
• Recommend complementary items and upsell when appropriate.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Restock shelves, ensure attractive product displays, and assist with receiving and labeling new inventory.
• Follow store policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
