About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Head Cashier to lead the front‑line sales experience at our toy store in New Cairo. You will be the friendly face that greets families, helps them find the perfect toys, and ensures smooth checkout operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, provide product knowledge and recommend complementary items.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, returns and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Restock shelves, receive and label new inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and participate in promotions and seasonal events.
- Share customer feedback with management to improve product selection and service.
Required profile
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in toys, stationery or children’s products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children and parents.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, reliable and punctual.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
