Head of AI Transformation

About the role

Lead AI adoption across business functions by translating operational needs into prioritized use cases, recommending suitable solutions and service providers, and coordinating delivery and adoption to achieve measurable business benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with function heads to assess workflows, define business requirements and maintain a prioritized AI opportunity portfolio.
• Develop the AI adoption roadmap, business cases, and investment proposals for leadership approval.
• Assess AI tools and providers, lead demonstrations, and recommend selections in collaboration with IT and Procurement.
• Coordinate pilot initiatives, define acceptance criteria, manage dependencies and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, data readiness, security and privacy reviews, and maintain an approved tool inventory.
• Establish training and change plans, build internal AI champions and embed approved tools into processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business or related field.
• 12+ years in technology consulting, digital transformation or enterprise solutions, with 4‑6 years leading AI adoption initiatives.
• Strong functional knowledge of enterprise AI capabilities, use‑case assessment, solution evaluation, integration and responsible AI.
• Business expertise in process improvement, business case development, cost‑benefit analysis, vendor evaluation and change management.
• Payments or financial services experience is a plus.
