Head of Business Development (B2B)

About the role

Master Group is looking for a results‑driven Head of Business Development (B2B) to lead growth initiatives in Egypt. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building a robust pipeline of corporate clients, and closing high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B leads.
• Approach, pitch, and close deals with corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint potential industries and clients.
• Design and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Foster long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Development or B2B sales, preferably selling services.
• Demonstrated ability to open new markets and generate leads from scratch.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle.
• Excellent networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
