Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Trainer

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for corporate clients. You will create customized course material, lead engaging classroom and online sessions, and support the growth of our HSE training portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and virtual HSE training programs for a range of corporate audiences.
• Design, customize, and continuously improve course content based on client needs.
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend appropriate programs.
• Facilitate workshops on occupational health & safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, fire safety, and environmental management.
• Ensure all training aligns with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Develop case studies, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Assist business development teams with proposals and client meetings.
• Stay current with evolving HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering HSE training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, Highfield).
• Proven ability to engage audiences from blue‑collar staff to senior management.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
