Healthcare Project Manager

About the role

Vodafone is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of healthcare‑focused projects. The role bridges customer requirements, technical solutions and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve milestones.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks that could affect project objectives, schedules or deliverables.
• Define and prioritize business requirements, documenting them in a Product Specification Document linked to clear use cases.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and project milestones using analysis and modelling techniques.
• Manage scope changes, ensuring proper evaluation and implementation.
• Handle customer escalations and drive successful project outcomes.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure effective collaboration.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Communication, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably with exposure to healthcare digitalisation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to challenge non‑value‑adding requests.
• Experience in cross‑functional IT reporting and process management.
