Hotel Contracting Specialist

About the role

Egybell is seeking a Hotel Contracting Specialist to join a leading travel agency in El Mohandessin. You will ensure hotel contracts are accurate, competitive, and properly integrated into the system, supporting the agency’s product portfolio and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts from the Contracting Manager, verifying rates, terms, and consistency across systems and partner agreements.
• Create and maintain hotel profiles in the system with all required data.
• Transfer contracts to the Data Entry Executive and set hotels live with base mark‑ups.
• Monitor and act on daily optimization and lost‑booking reports, providing corrective actions.
• Communicate with hotels to maintain product quality and rate competitiveness.
• Track product performance, manage special deals for key events, and share updates with Internet and Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Sales, Reservations, Finance) to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel contracting, product management, or travel operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of hotel contracting, pricing strategies, mark‑ups, promotions, allotments, and distribution.
• Experience analyzing optimization reports, lost‑booking data, and market trends.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify product enhancement opportunities.
