About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest area of the hotel is spotless, welcoming, and ready to deliver a memorable experience. Working across rooms, public spaces and service areas, you will uphold the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and other public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
