Hotel Relations & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Hotel Relations & Business Development Executive to build and nurture partnerships with luxury hotels. The role combines your experience as a hotel concierge with strong business development skills to drive referrals and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hotel concierge teams and hospitality partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Promote company services to hotel management to increase guest referrals.
• Conduct regular hotel visits, organize product presentations and training sessions.
• Monitor partner performance, resolve concerns, and implement initiatives to maximise sales.
• Track competitor activity and market trends in the hospitality sector.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development and partnership performance.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and hospitality functions.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a concierge in a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, hotel relations or business development.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving licence and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Existing network of hotel contacts and concierge relationships.
