Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures that guest rooms and public areas of Rixos Premium Seagate meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working on a dedicated floor, you will respond quickly to guest requests and support the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Manage room keys, sign when taking and returning them, and report any discrepancies.
• Collect used plates, glasses and utensils from rooms and place them in the designated area.
• Maintain lobby and corridor areas by dusting, vacuuming and mopping staircases and service lift zones.
• Complete daily maid reports, including room status, textile and amenities reports.
• Report maintenance issues, repairs, and any room discrepancies to the Housekeeping Office and floor supervisors immediately.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items according to hotel procedures.
• Ensure all linen and room supplies are clean, ironed and in good condition; send damaged items to laundry.
• Participate in vocational training sessions and adhere to hotel security and emergency response protocols.

Required profile

• Clean, friendly and hygienic personal presentation.
• Ability to follow hotel security rules and emergency response procedures.
• Willingness to attend training and cooperate with supervisors and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and ability to report issues promptly.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques.
