Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures that guest rooms and public areas of Rixos Premium Seagate are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to deliver a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and making beds.
• Manage room keys, sign in and out, and report any discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for extra bedding, towels, pillows, and other amenities.
• Collect used dishes, glasses, and utensils from rooms and place them in designated areas.
• Complete room status, textile, and amenities reports accurately.
• Report maintenance issues, repairs, and any room discrepancies to the Housekeeping Office and Floor Supervisors.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items and ensure they are transferred to the Housekeeping Office.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in floor offices, amenities stations, and service lift areas.
• Vacuum and mop corridors, stairs, and service areas at the start and end of each shift.
• Participate in vocational training sessions and adhere to hotel security and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Clean, friendly, and hygienic appearance.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning standards and hotel security rules.
• Willingness to attend training and be part of the Emergency Response Team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to report issues promptly.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
