HR Analyst – Employee Relations & Data Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a data‑savvy HR Analyst to join the Human Resources team at our Sukari mining site. Based on‑site in Marsa Alam, you will act as the backbone of case management, compliance tracking and employee‑relations analytics, supporting HR Business Partners, line managers and site staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Navex system, conduct case management processes and lead fact‑finding investigations.
• Analyse, archive and report on grievances and cases using data platforms and Power BI dashboards.
• Maintain the HR risk management tracker and ensure proactive mitigation.
• Provide regular updates and guidance to HR Business Partners on submitted grievances.
• Support employee‑engagement projects and assist with union‑relations inputs.
• Serve as the point of contact for medical‑insurance issues, routing them to the appropriate contacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years in an HR operational support role or 3+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in an operations‑based generalist role.
• Experience in mining or a related heavy‑industry environment is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of labour law, labour‑office regulations and social‑insurance legislation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI for reporting and data visualisation.
• Experience using the Navex case‑management platform.
