HR Business Partner Assistant Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner Assistant Manager will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance across all HR functions. You will drive performance management, support talent acquisition, oversee employee relations, and help shape learning and development initiatives to align with Bosta’s fast‑growing logistics and technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to design and implement performance management processes, including goal‑setting, feedback, and annual reviews.
• Provide training and coaching to managers on conducting effective performance conversations.
• Monitor performance data, identify trends, and recommend development opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date organization charts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to secure high‑quality candidates and manage onboarding.
• Identify training needs based on performance results and coordinate learning programs.
• Handle employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and drive resolutions.
• Support compensation and rewards strategies aligned with performance outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; HR diploma or certifications are a plus.
• 6‑7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in logistics or technology.
• Strong understanding of performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
• Excellent English communication skills.
