HR Generalist – Full‑Lifecycle Talent & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on HR Generalist to own the complete employee lifecycle. The role blends high‑volume recruitment, meticulous personnel administration, and smooth HR operations while offering the chance to influence strategic people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: workforce planning, job posting, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries, handling promotions, transfers, off‑boarding, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and support managers with performance plans, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Oversee daily HRIS administration, ensure data integrity, generate reports, and coordinate benefits and payroll changes with finance.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data‑privacy regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate on employee engagement surveys, learning & development programs, succession planning, and change‑management initiatives (preferred).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist or People Operations professional.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR best practices.

Required skills

• HRIS (experience with any HR information system)
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel
