HR Generalist – Onsite in Zamalek, Cairo

About the role

Talent 360 is seeking an HR Generalist to join its Cairo office, based in the Zamalek district. This full‑time, on‑site position will support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and help shape people‑first strategies that boost engagement and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate the administration of employee benefits, including medical and social insurance.
• Provide operational support for recruitment, payroll, and personnel matters.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian HR labor laws and internal regulations.
• Oversee routine HR management activities and address employee concerns.
• Support the design and execution of HR strategies focused on workplace engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions.
• Business or related degree.
• Solid knowledge of HR labor law.
• Fluent English.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel administration.
