HR Generalist (Site-Based)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations at our site. The role involves handling personnel administration, recruitment, and employee relations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including personnel administration and employee relations.
• Monitor employee attendance, shifts, and leave records.
• Handle personnel transactions and maintain employee files and HR documentation.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar and white‑collar positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department managers to ensure timely hiring.
• Support HR operations for the factory and collaborate with other company departments and project teams.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain the recruitment database.
• Address employee relations issues and manage disciplinary procedures.
• Prepare payroll‑related data and generate HR reports.
• Maintain accurate employee records using the HRIS.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR operations.
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial companies (cement or concrete manufacturing preferred).
• Proven experience recruiting both blue‑collar and white‑collar staff.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Experience in personnel administration, attendance management, payroll inputs, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.
