About the role

PwC’s Managed Services team is seeking an HR Operations Associate to support client HR functions. The role involves managing employee data, handling HR queries, and assisting with the implementation of HR policies to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the transition of HR processes from client to PwC, coordinating and executing transition tasks.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Update and organize employee documentation such as contracts, performance reviews, and benefits information.
• Create and manage a consistent digital filing structure, applying clear naming conventions and archiving records for compliance.
• Review and cleanse employee files, identifying outdated documents and coordinating updates with employees.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline HR workflows and improve the overall employee experience.
