HR Operations Specialist – Workforce Management

About the role

Bosta is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage workforce hiring, onboarding, and off‑boarding for its hubs and sorting locations. You will act as the primary HR contact for hub managers, ensuring staffing levels meet operational peaks and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill workforce hiring for assigned hubs/sorting locations according to plan and operational spikes.
• Coordinate with the central workforce team and approved vendors to secure timely hiring.
• Oversee onboarding, system registration, deployment, and off‑boarding processes.
• Serve as the main HR contact for hub managers on daily workforce matters.
• Handle employee relations issues, complaints, disciplinary cases, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and workforce procedures.
• Monitor vendor workforce performance, attendance, discipline, and compliance.
• Conduct workforce audits and maintain accurate employee records.
• Track and report workforce metrics such as hiring status, turnover, absenteeism, and disciplinary trends.
• Escalate operational workforce risks and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or outsourced workforce management.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder‑management skills, especially with operations teams.
• High level of organization, responsiveness, and ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
