HR Platforms Consultant – Global Network (Egypt)

About the role

The Global Network HR Strategy & Transformation team is seeking an experienced HR Platforms Consultant to support clients in Egypt. You will help design, implement, and optimize cloud‑based HR solutions, ensuring that people remain at the core of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design HR operating models, organization structures, and capability enhancement frameworks.
• Develop competency‑based talent management processes, including modelling, assessment, and integration with HR systems.
• Analyze workforce effectiveness, plan workforce optimization, and support shared‑service design and deployment.
• Lead HR SaaS implementations, covering process design, configuration, training, and change enablement.
• Conduct business process re‑engineering, HR policy harmonisation, and large‑scale HR transformation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience after a master’s degree in HR, talent management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in HR system implementation and HR service delivery model design.
• Strong project‑management skills handling large HR‑technology engagements.
• Knowledge of outsourcing models for key HR processes.
