HR Specialist

About the role

As an HR Specialist within adidas' HR Services team, you will support the end‑to‑end HR processes that enable efficient, value‑adding services across the organization. You will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and help maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general administration for all defined HR processes, tools and programmes.
• Execute Hire‑to‑Retire tasks within agreed service level agreements.
• Update and maintain process documentation and user manuals.
• Serve as a contact person for the HR community and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain SAP and other HR systems, handling standard inquiries via ticket service and email.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation of process enhancements.
• Suggest system and process modifications to ensure legal compliance.
• Participate in HR workshops and meetings with subject‑matter experts.
• Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies on social‑insurance matters.
• Prepare, review and submit social‑insurance documentation and reports on time.

Required profile

• Very good analytical skills and detail‑oriented work style.
• Team‑player mentality with strong customer focus.
• International mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment, preferably HR.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS‑Office applications.
