HR Supervisor

About the role

The HR Supervisor will act as a strategic partner to department heads, aligning people initiatives with business objectives while fostering a high‑performance culture. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring compliance and data integrity across HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop workforce plans, organizational structures, and talent development strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and recruitment KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, learning needs assessments, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, probation, promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and separations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR dashboards, and compliance with policies and labor legislation.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations, conduct investigations, and support managers in issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience covering talent acquisition, talent management, and HR operations.
