Human Capital Senior Associate (ETIC)

About the role

PwC’s Technology & Innovation Centre (ETIC) in Cairo is seeking a Human Capital Senior Associate to support clients across the full human capital transformation agenda. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to redesign operating models, deploy AI‑powered HC technologies, and build talent pipelines that drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present client‑ready deliverables, including research, diagnostic reports, strategic frameworks, implementation roadmaps and executive presentations.
• Manage discrete workstreams within large‑scale engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness and adherence to PwC methodologies.
• Support redesign of HC operating models and deployment of AI‑enabled HR solutions.
• Build talent pipelines and embed learning & development cultures across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as primary HR point of contact for inquiry resolution, escalation and routing in line with HR protocols.

Required profile

• Proven experience in human capital or HR operations, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing setting and solve complex business issues.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high‑impact outcomes.
