Overseeing Daily duties and maintain Work Duties smoothly between the Team Members. Core Duties & Responsibilities1. Strategic HR & Business Alignment 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition ;Oversee full-cycle recruitment 3. Compliance, Labor Law & Personnel Operations4. Performance Management & Compensation5. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture6. Training & Organizational Development Details;Work Location: Factory: Borg El Arab , Head Office: 47 Sultan Hussein.Working Hours & days: 8am to 5 pm , Head-office Sunday to Thursday.
