About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HR Manager) at Abou Ghaly Motors acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with the company’s objectives. You will lead workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational change to support growth and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that meet business goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and retention.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and succession planning.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and foster a culture aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to deliver competitive compensation and recruitment programs.
• Manage employee‑relations issues, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor law.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR topics.
• Analyze HR metrics and present insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• 10+ years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering in a multi‑business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision‑making capability.
• Experience managing change and driving HR initiatives that support business growth.
