Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

As an HR Business Partner you will help shape and execute the HR strategy that supports the business plan of Grifols Egypt for Plasma Derivatives. You will work closely with centre management and key stakeholders to ensure HR processes, policies and programmes are aligned with regional goals and labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with centre management to implement HR strategies, including bonus, merit increase, benefits and promotion programmes.
• Ensure compliance with labour and employment laws and coordinate with Country HR on policy impact.
• Provide daily HR guidance, resolve employee grievances and support employee relations to improve morale and retention.
• Monitor workforce planning, succession planning and identify training needs, evaluating training programmes.
• Facilitate implementation of organisational redesign and change processes.
• Support management in setting SMART objectives and aligning team engagement.
• Support implementation of HR policies and provide guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Human Resources; postgraduate studies in HR preferred.
• 2‑4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
