Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Eloroby Group is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Generalist to join its fast‑paced retail and service environment in Qesm 1st El Zaqaziq. You will support daily HR operations, ensure smooth onboarding and off‑boarding, and help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding, and recruitment activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries and support performance‑management processes.
• Implement and update HR policies in line with company standards and local labor regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, updates, and communication.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to foster an inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in Human Resources or HR Management, with experience in a generalist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of working respectfully with diverse teams.
• Understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices; retail or service industry experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS).
• Advanced use of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Competence in word‑processing and email applications.
