About the role
The Human Resources Generalist will support all core HR functions for Cosmofun in 6th of October, Giza, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Draft role profiles, post vacancies, conduct interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Handle new‑employee orientation, paperwork, contract administration and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll data, manage leave and benefits administration.
- Collect performance data, compile reports and assist with staff training initiatives.
- Support HR research, update internal policies and organise employee events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong command of English, French and Arabic.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English, French and Arabic languages.
