Human Resources Manager

About the role

Grand Style, a leading luxury bedding and home fashion house in Egypt, is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to build world‑class people systems and support its next phase of growth. Reporting to executive leadership, you will act as a true business partner, driving organizational development, talent acquisition and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies, systems, SOPs and best practices aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze the organisational structure, identify gaps and lead restructuring initiatives to boost productivity and collaboration.
• Develop and execute a high‑quality recruitment strategy to attract top professionals and senior department leaders.
• Establish a performance‑management framework that includes goal setting, reviews, coaching and development plans.
• Build leadership capabilities, identify high‑potential talent and create succession plans for critical roles.
• Partner with senior executives to align HR initiatives with overall business strategy and operational excellence.
• Maintain a professional workplace culture while ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labour laws and HR best practices.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including organisational restructuring, HR system implementation and leadership recruitment.
• Experience in manufacturing, luxury retail or fast‑growing organisations is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; an MBA is a strong advantage.
• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, HRCI or CIPD are desirable.
• Strong business and operational acumen with proven change‑management leadership.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
