Human Resources Manager – Talent Acquisition & Development

About the role
The Human Resources Manager will lead talent acquisition and personnel functions for a fast‑growing technology provider in Cairo. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on building robust HR policies, driving employee development, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
- Create and oversee employee development and training plans.
- Support daily HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of overall HR experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and personnel management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies.
- Experience in designing employee development programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
