Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Natural Cosmetics is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support its fast‑growing beauty brand. You will be responsible for driving performance, managing talent, and ensuring smooth daily operations across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team performance and monitor KPIs across the organization.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct performance evaluations, manage bonuses, and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Lead recruitment, interview processes, and onboarding of new hires.
• Develop and update company policies, SOPs, and internal workflows.
• Improve internal communication, collaboration, and overall productivity.
• Support organizational planning, team development, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, operations, or people management.
• Strong leadership, conflict‑resolution, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and high professionalism.
• Fluent in Arabic with good written and spoken English.
