Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on delivering seamless onboarding and off‑boarding experiences for employees and clients in Egypt. The role requires strong relationship‑building, excellent communication, and the ability to provide expert guidance on HR‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of onboarding and off‑boarding, partnering with global internal teams (Immigration, Payroll) and external service providers.
• Provide expert‑level support to clients on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and other HR matters.
• Manage and audit HR records, including personal information, contracts, and job‑specific documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local employment law and applicable collective agreements, notifying relevant contacts when corrective action is needed.
• Maintain regional expertise in internal knowledge bases and collaborate with product development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of regional HR experience in Egypt.
• Business proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Advanced knowledge of Egyptian employment law and collective agreements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with CRM systems.
