Human Resources Specialist – Recruitment

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist – Recruitment will work on‑site in Tanta, supporting SPEED SC & Logistics' rapid growth in the supply chain sector. This full‑time role manages the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, partners with line managers and the broader HR team to attract top talent, and ensures a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from drafting job postings to coordinating hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, update candidate databases and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and labor regulations and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in HR principles and practices, especially recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience in HR management, personnel coordination and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits to ensure compliant processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
