IAM/IGA Technical Project Manager

About the role

Pearl Consulting Group is looking for a highly technical IAM/IGA Project Manager to lead complex identity governance and administration engagements from planning through production deployment. The role blends deep technical expertise with strong project and client leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of IAM/IGA consulting engagements, including discovery, scope, planning, execution, testing, deployment and transition.
• Lead implementations of Saviynt and/or SailPoint (Identity Security Cloud, IdentityIQ).
• Translate business, security and compliance requirements into technical workstreams, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with architects and engineers to review solution designs, integration patterns, data flows, connector strategies and workflow configurations.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and change requests.
• Serve as primary client contact, leading status meetings, steering committees and escalation discussions.
• Coordinate work across IAM engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, audit, HR and business teams.
• Drive delivery of core IGA capabilities such as joiner/mover/leaver processes, access requests, provisioning, certifications, role management and segregation‑of‑duties controls.

Required profile

• Significant experience as an IAM/IGA engineer, technical lead or architect.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale identity governance projects and lead client engagements.
• Strong understanding of identity data flows, integration patterns and security/compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with executives, technical teams and stakeholders.
