IBM Middleware & Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

Valleysoft is an IT services provider delivering enterprise technology solutions, application development, infrastructure support and digital transformation services worldwide. The IBM Middleware & Infrastructure Specialist will ensure the stability and performance of critical IBM middleware and infrastructure platforms for large‑scale enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support AIX and Linux environments.
• Maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server and IBM WebSphere Edge Server.
• Support IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM MQ.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IBM infrastructure and middleware components.
• Collaborate with application support, operations and vendor teams to resolve incidents.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM middleware and infrastructure in enterprise settings.
• Proven administration of both AIX and Linux systems.
• Extensive work with IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server and IBM WebSphere Edge Server.
• Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM MQ.
• Track record of supporting enterprise infrastructure, incident resolution and production support.
• Eligibility to work in Egypt.
