ICQA & L&D Supervisor – Last Mile Operations

About the role

We are looking for an ICQA/L&D Supervisor to lead daily inventory control and learning & development activities within our last‑mile delivery stations. You will ensure inventory accuracy, drive continuous improvement, and coach associates to deliver top‑notch service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily ICQA activities, including cycle counts, audits, and investigations.
• Analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report key metrics such as accuracy, defects, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
• Own training plans for new hires and existing associates, tracking completion, effectiveness, and knowledge retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
• Preferred experience in logistics and data analysis.
