Identity Management Consultant

About the role

Anomalix, a cybersecurity company focused on identity security solutions, is looking for an Identity Management Consultant to work remotely on client engagements. The consultant will assess existing IAM environments, identify gaps, and design and deploy solutions that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements for identity and access management projects.
• Design IAM architectures and configure identity governance tools such as RSA, SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Conduct security assessments, document processes, and produce technical design artefacts.
• Create implementation plans and support integrations with enterprise systems and directories.
• Provide guidance, training and troubleshooting to client stakeholders.
• Assist with optimisation and continuous improvement of identity controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience implementing identity governance solutions.
• Strong foundation in IAM, application security models and compliance requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder communication and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, IAM‑focused) are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent practical experience.
