Import & Export Coordinator

About the role

Givaudan is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to join its Logistics team at the October 6th site in Egypt. The role combines trade‑operations expertise with a strong digital mindset to streamline global shipments, improve data visibility, and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from order execution through delivery.
• Prepare and validate shipment documents, including invoices, customs paperwork, and pricing details.
• Administer export licences, manage renewals, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Track shipments daily, resolve delivery or customs issues, and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with customs brokers to manage documentation and clearance procedures.
• Maintain shipment records in SAP and create dashboards and reports to improve data transparency.
• Use advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to digitalise dashboards, automate data flows, and visualise performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, support audits, and provide insights on operational performance.

Required profile

• Engineering certificate or degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
• Strong digital mindset with a passion for data visualisation and new technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, and familiarity with AI‑powered tools.
