IMS Planner

About the role

The Inter Market Supply Planner ensures smooth execution of the IMS process across markets, applying best practices and leveraging tools to meet business priorities. This role coordinates with various functions to align supply planning with Nestlé’s commercial and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Inter‑Market Supply (IMS) team to execute IMS activities and projects as directed by Zone Management and CO‑SC.
• Manage relationships with inter‑market partners (producers and receivers) to ensure effective daily collaboration.
• Monitor IMS performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement across the end‑to‑end IMS process.
• Collaborate with Demand & Supply Planning, Technical & Production, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Support new product launches and accelerate speed‑to‑market through coordinated innovation execution.

Required profile

• Operational experience in supply chain planning, supply chain operations, customer service, business process quality, physical logistics, or procurement.
• Knowledge of international trade terms and local regulations (customs, transportation, health/environmental).
• Understanding of factory practices, product life‑cycle cost processes, and supply chain development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
