Industrial Engineer

About the role

Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort with brands such as Ariston, Elco and Wolf, is looking for an Industrial Engineer in Al Jizah. The role helps design efficient manufacturing processes that reduce costs and boost productivity without compromising quality.

Key responsibilities

• Work with senior engineers to design smart, cost-effective production layouts.
• Improve the workspace to reduce strain, repetitive tasks and inefficiencies.
• Stay up to date with the latest manufacturing technology and trends.
• Analyze production issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Help implement systems that improve planning, control and cost-efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; PMP certification is an advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in a comparable role within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Lean manufacturing principles.
• Project management across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Knowledge of welding technologies (seam, CO2, projection), sheet metal production, plastic injection molding and painting/printing operations.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar 2D/3D design software is a plus.
