Industrial Sales Manager – Ingredients (Baking)

About the role

Lesaffre Egypt, a leading producer of baking yeasts and yeast extracts, is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to drive the growth of its ingredient portfolio in the Egyptian market. You will act as the primary commercial contact for industrial customers, ensuring strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize annual agreements with each customer and present proposals to management.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide product support and training for clients.
• Analyse market capacity, monitor sales volumes, and track customer growth performance.
• Collect competitive market data and identify new sales leads to expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with purchasing departments and handle customer complaints efficiently.
• Develop and report business development plans for each client.
• Participate in new product creation and monitor industrial market trends.
• Propose and enforce credit policies in line with approved guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Commerce.
• Minimum 10 years of experience selling ingredients to industrial customers, especially in the baking sector.
• Deep knowledge of industrial baking customers, market dynamics and industry trends.
• Proven negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.
