Information Technology Administrator

About the role

VCloud Interactive LLC is looking for an experienced Information Technology Administrator to oversee and support its technology landscape across multiple offices. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, cloud services, user support, procurement, vendor relations, and security to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support company devices, networks, software, and cloud services.
• Administer Google ecosystem services, including Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, and related SaaS tools.
• Monitor availability, performance, and security of business‑critical services and platforms.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Handle user account management, permissions, and access controls.
• Oversee employee onboarding and off‑boarding from an IT perspective.
• Manage IT procurement, hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle records for all IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for purchases, support, repairs, and warranty claims.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, patching, backups, and security checks.
• Document systems, processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration, operations, or support.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace.
• SaaS application management.
• IT asset management and procurement processes.
• Vendor relationship management.
• Telecommunications technologies (SIP, VoIP, SIP trunking, Twilio, programmable voice solutions).
• IT security, access management, backup, and business continuity practices.
